Mayor Duffy wants to make Rochester the most literate mid-sized city in America. We are looking for volunteers to assist with this initiative
by staffing tables and tents and distributing important information about literacy at area festivals and public events.
If you prefer, you can help collect, sort and distributed books as part of the City’s 175th Anniversary Book Donation Drive.
In addition, we are looking for tutors, mentors, and people interested in reading or providing general support to our partner agencies.
Contact Hazeldene Hercules at 585-428-6230 or hazeldene.hercules@cityofrochester.gov for more information.
